WEDDING PHOTOS

1) Taking the photos

Cost:
R2,000.00

Extra disks:
R200.00 per copy (includes cover and booklet)

The responsibilities of our photographer are the following:

1. Own transport. Distances travelled in excess of 40km will be charged for,
2. Taking of photos at any locations you require (Getting dressed, church, reception etc.)
3. The photographer makes himself available for a period of 4 hours, which includes travelling time. Any time over the 4 hours will be charged for at R250.00 per hour. We tend to be fairly flexible though.
4. A minimum of 100 photos will be taken but often the amount of photos taken will far exceed this.
5. The photographer will enquire whether his services are further needed before he leaves for home.

The photographer is not responsible for:

1. Arranging own accommodation if the distance required to travel prohibits him from driving back after the function.
2. Arranging venues for photography
3. Arranging props for the photographs (old suitcase, bicycles etc). We tend to take more formal, yet creative photos.

1. One disk with the full resolution digital photos.
2. The presentation of the disk will be tastefully done and will include a small 4 page booklet with some of the images the photographer has selected.
3. Further copies of the disk and booklet can be ordered at R200.00 per copy.

2) The wedding album

Costs:
R1,800.00 for 28 pages
R350.00 per additional 8 pages

Extra copies:
R1,000.00 for 28 pages
R200.00 per additional 8 pages

The size of the album is 300 X 300mm.
It is bound in a black or silver 'Luxury cover' which is a simulated leather.
The pages are UV varnished to protect the images and it gives a gloss finish.
You start with 28 pages and depending on the amount and size of the photos, you can go up to 84 pages in multiples of 8 pages.
The thickness of each page is 170 gsm and the images are printed on both sides.
In the bottom right of the front cover the names of the couple can appear. This is done using a heat process and is done in a silver foil.

Please note that the design and layout of this album is at the discression of the photographer. You could suggest which photos to use and which not to use if so desired.
Changes cannot be made after the album has been printed. If you do not trust the ability of the photographer to put this album together in a tasteful and creative way it would be better if you took on this responsibility yourself.

Quotations and sayings can be added within the album if you provide them. We could provide you with a list from which you can select the ones you want.

3) Granny albums

Costs:
R500.00 for 16 pages
R150.00 per additional 4 pages

Extra copies:
R250.00 for 16 pages
R75.00 per additional 4 pages

These albums are for the grannies or the guests from overseas or for anyone special.

The size is A5 size (148*210mm).
The cover is 230 gsm thick and is UV coated. It can be personalised. You could put the recipient's name and a unique photo on the cover.
The rest of the album will be printed on 170 gsm Matt paper (not UV coated).
The album starts with 16 pages and can go up to 28 pages in multiples of 4 pages.
You can select the photos to use if you wish to.

Again, please note that the design and layout of this album is at the discression of the photographer. Changes cannot be made after the album has been printed.

4) Canvas prints

Having your photo printed on canvas creates the effect that is was painted.
One needs to alter the image in Photoshop to enhance the painted effect.
